What you receive
30–50 build-ready pages your builder, electronics contractor and game master work from on day one.
In the near future the planet runs out of energy. A corporation has invented a cheap, clean source — and intends to keep it. The players are a crew of thieves inside the head office, here to steal the only working prototype. Their inside agent has planted a virus: in an hour the security system recovers.
Eleven of the 141. Every one has run in a real venue.
Steal the only working prototype from a corporate head office: five rooms, sixteen timed actions, a laser corridor.
The jet’s AI has ejected the president and is seizing the country. The timer is the plot.
1945: break into the office of the man running the atomic programme. Baudot code, classified cables, a safe.
Her voice from the tank reports the rising water: knees, waist, chest, neck. The best timer there is.
One player is the hotel porter, the only witness; the whole game unfolds inside his memory.
A roadside motel in full. Five stuffed birds must be named by their song: the mechanic guests retell.
Hunt ghosts and lock them in a containment prison. Four parallel task chains, so a group never idles.
A search party descends into an abandoned sewer to find a missing family. Nine rooms on two levels.
The players are students of a school of magic. Classrooms hold the clues, and the final spell has to be completed before the time runs out.
Chicago, the late 1930s. Two of Don Salieri’s men are locked in a cell on suspicion of treachery. Get out, cross the warehouse, reach the don’s office — and settle the score.

We don’t sell individual puzzles — only complete scripts.
“A custom script from an agency is a bet. A script that has run for years in a real venue is a business plan.”
Ten-plus years in escape rooms; ran development for an international escape-room network. Room Factory, a design studio since 2012: 300+ rooms built on its scripts, 141 scripts in the archive.

What owners say.
We bought the ready-made script for The Orphanage. The package had everything: the story, every puzzle in order, the prop and electronics list, and notes for the game master. We built the room from it without a single question back to the author. The room has been running for years and is still one of our top bookings.
We bought the Gangsters script. The package had the story, every puzzle in order with solutions, the prop and electronics list, and notes for the game master. We built the room ourselves with hardly a question back. The room runs well and guests love it.
Questions owners ask before paying.
What exactly does “city exclusivity” mean?
A ready-made script is licensed to one venue per city. Before you pay we confirm the script is still free in your city and reserve it for you. If it is taken, we suggest the closest alternatives from the catalogue.
What languages are the scripts in?
Every script is delivered in English. Spanish, Portuguese and other language versions are available on request. All in-room texts, screen messages and audio lines are listed in one section, so translating them for your market is straightforward.
What room size do the scripts need?
Most scripts are designed for 30–80 m² and one to five rooms; every catalogue card states the area, the number of rooms and the player count. If your space is different, the adaptation add-on re-sizes the layout and re-routes the puzzle chain.
I already own locks and electronics. Can I reuse them?
Yes. The equipment list says for every item whether it is a prop, an off-the-shelf lock or something to build or program — nothing proprietary is required. With the adaptation add-on we map the puzzle chain to the hardware you already have.
Payment and delivery?
Invoice and bank transfer or card. A ready-made script is delivered as PDF and editable DOCX within 48 hours after payment. A custom script takes about three weeks and includes two revision rounds.
Licence, refunds, titles?
The licence is perpetual for one venue in one city; you may translate and adapt the document for your own room. Because a script is information, we don’t refund after delivery — but if the document does not match its catalogue card, we replace it with another script of the same tier within 14 days. Titles that overlap with film franchises are renamed on licensing; the plots and puzzles are original. Full terms: licence terms.
Can you build the room for us?
Yes — turnkey production starts at €20,000 and covers design, build, electronics, installation and staff training. Between a script and a turnkey room there is the technical specification for devices and electronics (from €1,000), which your local contractor can quote from.
How do I know a script is any good before paying €500?
Download the sample pages, read the excerpt above, and ask us for the full catalogue card of any script — it states the area, the player count, the key mechanics and the level of technical detail. One of our ready-made scripts has been bought as-is by twenty venues; that is the kind of track record we mean.
